The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (NWARPC) System Wide Origin and Destination Survey was conducted in March 2018. The survey was completed for regional transit riders in the Northwest Arkansas area on both Ozark Regional Transit (ORT) and Razorback Transit (Razorback) systems. This report will provide an overview and detailed description of the Survey process. The report covers the purpose/background, the Survey design, sampling, and administration methodology. The report will also cover the quality control process before, during, and after the Survey.
